At SUZUEI, utility costs are included in the rent, but we set an upper limit on the monthly utility costs for the entire facility, and the portion exceeding the upper limit is shared among the residents.

As a result, we are conscious of deterring wasteful use of energy and eco-friendly lifestyles.
