About facilities
We do not fully renovate the facility, but we do self-renovation and minimal repairs as needed, and we offer relatively reasonable rent.
The rent includes utilities such as electricity, water, and hot water. (We plan to set an upper limit for the amount, but if everyone uses it normally, it should not exceed the upper limit.)
Generally speaking, a contract for electricity, water, and gas will cost more than 10,000 yen per month, so depending on how you use it, it may be cheaper.
The rent varies from room to room, so please see the page for each room for the amount.
In addition, there are no complicated contract procedures or basic fees related to infrastructure, and the common areas are equipped with all the home appliances necessary for daily life. Since it is small, it is relatively easy to move in even for a short period of time.
Residents can do their own DIY in the living room, and there is no obligation to restore it to its original state.
Basically, DIY is not possible for the frame part of the building (columns, ceiling bones). In addition, since electrical work requires a license, it is necessary to proceed after consulting with the management.
