Cleaning duty system

As of 2022, SUZUEI does not impose cleaning and common service charges on the rent. All residents take turns cleaning the common areas of the facility where everyone lives. ​

We hope that by having residents do their own cleaning, they will not only keep their rent down, but also increase their awareness of how to keep the facility clean.

 

In addition, if the cleaning system by the residents does not work well, depending on the future situation, it is possible that the cleaning common service fee will be collected and the work will be outsourced.

Precautions etc.

Daily cleaning should be done by each resident. Cleaning should be done at least once a week as a guide, and please include areas that cannot be cleaned on a daily basis.

In addition, if you are unable to clean the room due to reasons such as going out, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of 2,000 yen per week, and the administrator will ask another resident to do the cleaning.
